Join our chefs for a hands-on lunch experience
and learn to prepare two traditional Norwegian
dishes.
This class blends cooking and storytelling, offering
a taste of Norway’s food history and culinary
traditions. We begin with a demonstration of
rømmegrøt — a classic sour cream porridge
served with flatbread and cured reindeer. Then,
together we cook traditional poached salmon with
“Sandefjord” butter, cucumber salad, and seasonal
sprouts, learning the techniques behind one of
Norway’s most iconic dishes.
Participants receive recipes and background on
the dishes, along with an apron.
